Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a detached house set over two floors in the village of Chittlehampton, reached through a cobbled courtyard shared with the owner, who lives next door. Roadside parking is available on the village square outside.

Downstairs holds a kitchen/diner and a separate living room. Upstairs, a double bedroom sits alongside a king-size bedroom with its own TV, which can be zip-linked into two singles on request, and both share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The house sleeps 2, and the property accepts adults only.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, an electric hob, an air fryer, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a smart TV with Sky stream, and the bedroom TV gives access to Netflix, Amazon and other apps over WiFi. Gas central heating covers the house, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a garden with a lawn, a patio and furniture sits beside the shared courtyard. Courtyard Cottage does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking. Bookings run Friday to Friday only and the property is not suitable for short breaks. A shop is 0.1 miles away and a pub sits around 100 metres from the door.
