Dairy Cottage is a two-bedroom stone property in Swimbridge, accommodating up to four guests plus one on a Z-bed. Upstairs, a double bedroom comes with its own en-suite shower room, while a twin bedroom shares a separate bathroom with a bath and WC. The lounge has a stone chimney breast, and the kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A cot and highchair are available, and babysitting can be arranged. The first floor has a low, sloping ceiling, and dogs are not accepted.

The private, enclosed garden sits 20 metres from the cottage, with a decking area positioned over the river, a practical outdoor space for watching wildlife or sitting out. A pub is within 400 metres of the property. Private parking is included, arrival is from 16:00, and departure is before 10:00.
