Inside, the ground floor is arranged as an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area with underfloor heating, a breakfast bar, a well-fitted kitchen, and a Smart TV. A ground-floor shower room and a separate WC sit either side of the staircase, while upstairs the king-size bedroom has a high apex ceiling and floor-to-ceiling French doors opening to a balcony with seating.

Outside, a private hot tub, patio furniture, lawn, and a BBQ complete the garden space, and a separate paddock is available for exercising dogs off the lead. Up to two medium-sized dogs are welcome. Guests wanting to eat out locally can walk farm paths to the Rising Sun at Umberleigh or take the lanes to The Bell Inn at Chittlehampton, both reachable on foot.
