Greenacres

Greenacres is a single-storey detached bungalow in Chittlehampton, a traditional North Devon village near South Molton, sleeping six guests across three bedrooms. The king-size room has its own en-suite shower room and WC, the super-king room uses a zip-and-link bed that can be reconfigured as a twin on request, and the third bedroom is a twin. A second bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC serves the remaining rooms. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the social centre of the property. Large bi-fold doors connect the lounge to a raised patio, and the kitchen comes well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. A kitchen island with bar stools provides a casual eating spot alongside the main dining table. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, and USB sockets, an Xbox One, books and games are available throughout.

The raised patio has table and chairs and a gas BBQ for al fresco meals. Steps lead down from the patio to an enclosed lawned garden where children and dogs can play freely. An outside shower at the side of the property is handy for rinsing surfboards and muddy paws. Private off-road parking accommodates four cars.

A pub and a village shop with tearoom are around 100 metres away. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A highchair and travel cot are available, making the bungalow practical for families with young children. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
