Bradworthy

Bradworthy is one of Devon’s quiet, undisturbed villages, life centring on its main square where a small grocery shop, a family butcher, a post office, and a pub are all within easy reach. The surrounding country lanes suit walking and cycling, and the countryside provides a calm backdrop for a group stay away from busier resorts.

Devon House is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom property on the edge of the village, sleeping up to ten guests. The ground floor runs from a spacious hallway through a light kitchen and dining room to a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, a games room with a quarter-size billiards table, a utility room with laundry facilities, and a downstairs WC. Upstairs, four bedrooms have super-king-size zip-and-link beds that convert to twins on request, and one has a king-size bed; two rooms have en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom serves the rest. Outside, an enclosed garden with a patio, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and hot tub rounds things off, with private parking for five cars on a gravelled driveway.
