Lutson Barn is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom converted barn sleeping up to 14 guests on the Devon-Cornwall border near Sutcombe, inland from Bude. The property sits within a Dark-Sky Reserve and is arranged across two floors, with a vaulted entrance hall, a large kitchen-diner with original beams, an electric range oven, two dishwashers, and an adjacent utility room housing two washing machines, a tumble dryer, and additional fridge and freezer. Each of the six bedrooms has its own en-suite, ranging from super-king-size and king-size rooms to a quadruple with four single beds. Ground-floor underfloor heating and central heating are both included, along with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in the lounge.

Outside, the fully enclosed, dog-proof garden includes a hot tub, a fire-pit BBQ, a swing, badminton, and a football pitch with goals. A separate games barn, reached via five steps from the garden, contains a skittle alley, pool table, and football table. Up to two dogs are welcome, and a local private chef can be arranged through the owner after booking.
