This two-storey apartment in Teignmouth sits directly on the riverfront, with panoramic views across the River Teign to Shaldon and, on clearer days, towards Dartmoor National Park. A reverse-level layout places the king-size bedroom on the first floor as you enter from the external steps, with a 43-inch Smart TV for slower mornings, while the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area occupies the upper floor where the estuary views are at their widest.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A 55-inch Smart TV sits in the lounge, and the shower room with WC leads off the same open-plan level. Beach chairs are available to borrow, and the apartment accommodates two guests with no dogs permitted.

Reaching the entrance requires climbing ten external steps from the parking forecourt, so the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Private parking fits one small car on the shared forecourt, with a maximum vehicle width of under two metres; pay-and-display car parks are close by. By prior arrangement with the owner, a mooring trot on the beach directly outside can be used for a small boat or kayak, entirely at guests' own risk.

Shops, a pub and the beach are within 150 metres, and the main-line train station is roughly half a mile away. Two-night stays are available, with arrival from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
