Regents Deck

Regents Deck is a second-floor apartment about a minute's walk from the beachfront in Teignmouth, with limited coastal views from the windows. The open-plan living space combines a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a breakfast bar and a sitting area with a plush sofa, a relaxed spot to unwind after a day out.

The double bedroom has its own Smart TV, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A second Smart TV sits in the sitting area alongside WiFi, and the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and a coffee machine for preparing meals at home.

Gas central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The apartment does not accept guests under the age of 25, and bookings must be for holiday purposes only rather than long-term stays.

Parking is in the public car park rather than on site at the property. Regents Deck does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. The shop, pub and beach are all around 0.1 miles from the door, an easy stroll along the seafront, with Teignmouth's high street of shops, bars and restaurants close by too.
