This first-floor apartment in Teignmouth sleeps two and accepts one dog. Anyone with limited mobility should factor that staircase in carefully before booking.

Large bay windows on the upper floor frame views over the town and the distant seascape. A dining table sits directly beside them, and a comfortable sofa faces the Smart TV in the lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. The double bedroom on the lower floor has generous wardrobe space and its own Smart TV, ideal for a relaxed morning without heading upstairs. The shower room with WC is located on the first floor.
