This two-storey apartment on the edge of the River Teign sleeps two people in a single king-size bedroom upstairs. A fold-up double bed can be added in the ground-floor lounge if needed, though this does not increase the sleeping capacity beyond two. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner sits on the ground floor alongside a shower room with WC, and leads directly onto a private terrace that opens straight onto the sandy beach.

The terrace is furnished for outdoor dining, though guests are asked to bring the table and chairs inside when not in use. A mooring trot on the beach directly outside the property can be arranged with the owner for a small boat, kayak or canoe, used at guests' own risk. Two Smart TVs are provided, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, along with a washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

The apartment welcomes up to two dogs, with additional charges applying, making it a practical base for those travelling with pets. Private parking is available on the forecourt for one small car, provided it measures less than two metres wide; pay and display car parks are also close by for larger vehicles. Shops, pubs and restaurants in Teignmouth are within a level stroll, and the beach itself is reached directly from the lounge.

Central heating runs throughout the property, and a hairdryer is provided. The compact one-bedroom layout suits couples travelling together, with the riverside terrace and direct beach access as the main outdoor space.
