The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and an electric fire, a good spot to plan the day ahead, and there's a dining table for meals in. The kitchen is fitted with a free-standing electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and there's a TV and full fibre WiFi throughout.

The double bedroom has storage space and is served by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Outside, a rear enclosed patio has furniture and sunbeds for dining and relaxing outdoors, reached via an external gate. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the property is strictly no smoking. Parking is pay-and-display around the corner or free on the street in front or behind the property, and the shop, pub, beach and river are all within half a mile.
