Four at Hylands

This one-bedroom apartment in Teignmouth sleeps two and occupies a single floor, making it easy to move between rooms. The open-plan lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and views across the town towards the sea. A fold-out dining table provides seating for two, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, air fryer and microwave for self-catered stays.

The double bedroom has wardrobe space and its own Smart TV, while the shower room contains a shower and WC. Private parking for one car is included, which is a practical advantage in a compact seaside town centre. The building has a shared entrance with other apartments, so it is worth bearing that in mind if you prefer sole-use access.

One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure must be before 09:00, so planning journeys around those times is advisable. The apartment is well suited to a couple seeking a compact, well-equipped base on the South Devon coast rather than a larger holiday property.

The beach, local pubs and shops are all within half a mile on foot. Teignmouth has a pier, a pavilion and a range of eating and drinking options nearby. Dartmoor National Park is around ten miles away for those wanting hill walks or wider countryside exploration during the stay.
