Garden View Apartment is a first-floor apartment in the village of Malborough, set up as a single studio-style space for couples wanting a compact coastal base. The kitchen, dining area and sitting area share the room with a double bed, and a sofa bed is available if two guests would rather not share the same bed. The village itself sits about 2 miles from Salcombe and 4 miles from Kingsbridge, both reachable by road.

A bathroom off the studio has a bath, a walk-in shower, a separate handheld shower, a basin and a WC, giving guests a choice between a soak and a quick wash after a day out. The apartment sleeps 2, and the open layout keeps the kitchen, dining and sitting space all within view of each other rather than split into separate rooms.
