5 Ocean Reach is a beach-house-style property in Bolberry Down, near the village of Malborough, with sea views from several rooms and the South West Coast Path reachable within a minute's walk. The property sleeps 4 across two bedrooms upstairs: a king-size room with its own balcony overlooking the sea and Burgh Island, and a twin that can become a king-size bed with two weeks' notice, with views over the sea and open countryside.

Downstairs, a spacious hallway leads to a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a utility room with a washer/dryer. The open-plan living space has an L-shaped sofa and patio doors onto a sunny terrace looking out to sea, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Upstairs there's a second bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, plus a Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi downstairs.

Outside, a non-enclosed front patio has furniture, and an enclosed rear patio with furniture opens onto a shared lawn. Central heating includes underfloor heating downstairs, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Allocated parking covers 1 car, with additional visitor parking nearby. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though pets are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, or on the shared lawn. There is no electric vehicle charging at this property. Smoking is not permitted, and Malborough is the closest village, with the shop around 1.7 miles away, the pub about 1.5 miles and the beach 2.2 miles.
