The tiny hamlet of Higher Hatch sits in the South Devon countryside, with market town Kingsbridge a few miles away at the head of a tidal river valley. The Threshing Barn is a thoughtfully converted stone barn here, sleeping six across three bedrooms: a king-size master with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room, a flexible super-king or twin room, and a double with countryside views. A family bathroom serves the two remaining bedrooms. The open-plan living space features a vaulted ceiling, dual-aspect rooflights, underfloor heating, and a wood burner with the first basket of logs supplied.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric range cooker, induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, and a separate utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional fridge. Outside, a sunny courtyard and large enclosed lawn look across the valley, with fruit and nut trees and native planting attracting birds and pollinators. Off-road parking for three cars sits behind a gated driveway. Two dogs are welcome, and a village shop and pub are within easy reach of the property.
