4 Ocean Reach

4 Ocean Reach is a beach-house-style cottage at Bolberry Down, close to but not within Malborough, with 180-degree coastal views and the South West Coast Path within a minute's walk. A spacious hallway opens onto a ground-floor shower room and a utility room with a washer/dryer, and wooden floors run through to the open-plan living room.

Patio doors from the living room lead onto a sunny terrace, taking in views across the sea to Burgh Island and Bigbury-on-Sea. The kitchen has electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, with a modern dining area. Upstairs, both bedrooms have king-size beds, one with its own balcony over the sea, the open countryside and Bolberry Down.

A bathroom on the first floor has a bath and a separate walk-in shower, and underfloor heating runs downstairs. All linen and towels are provided, though guests will need their own beach towels, and mobile WiFi is available throughout.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though they are not permitted on the shared lawn beside the terrace. Smoking is not permitted inside, and the nearest shop is 1.6 miles away, with a bar and restaurant a minute's walk from the door.
