3 Ocean Reach stands on a modern development above Bolberry Down, in the village of Bolberry near Malborough, inside an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The ground floor holds an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with 180-degree coastal views, opening onto a rear patio with table and chairs for four.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: a king-size room with its own private balcony and coastal views, and a twin room with countryside views, where the two singles can be linked into a super king-size bed if requested at booking. A family bathroom sits on the first floor, with a second shower room on the ground floor, so the house sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is fitted with a built-in oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine. Underfloor heating runs through the ground floor, with radiators upstairs, and a Smart TV and DVD player cover evenings in. WiFi is mobile-based rather than fixed broadband, and the signal can be limited given the property's position.

3 Ocean Reach takes up to two small or medium dogs, at a charge per dog per week, with a second dog needing to be requested at booking. Dogs are supervised at all times and kept off the furniture and away from the upstairs rooms. One car has an allocated parking space, with further visitor parking close by, and the house is strictly no smoking.
