1 Sea Otter House

1 Sea Otter House is a ground-floor apartment in the heart of Teignmouth, a short walk from the beach. It's only suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The entrance to the property is shared, and there is no garden.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a basin, heated towel rail and WC; the shower itself is 60cm wide and 1 metre deep, with a 40cm bi-folding door for access. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi in the sitting area.

Electric central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot and a children's fold-out bed can be requested at the time of booking.

Roadside parking is available for 2 hours during peak months, or all day from October to April, with public car parks nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the apartment is no smoking throughout. The shop, pub and beach are all around 0.1 miles away. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
