Hilldown Granary

Hilldown Granary is a reverse-level cottage near Bow, Devon, close to Hittisleigh. It sleeps 4: a ground-floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC), plus a separate cloakroom, and a first-floor open-plan living space with a double sofa bed as a second sleeping area, reached by its own flight of stairs, separate from the bedroom below.

Upstairs, the open-plan space has exposed beams, quadruple-aspect windows and Juliette balconies looking over the countryside. The kitchen has an induction hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, and the sitting area has a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Electric central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, the garden has a patio and a hot tub, and off-road parking is provided for 1 car. A shared EV charger is available, with an extra charge applying. A highchair can be provided on request.

Hilldown Granary does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, and there is a pond in the main meadow, so caution is needed with children. The shop is 2.3 miles away, the pub 2.2 miles, and Bow itself is 2.1 miles from the door.
