Beacon

Beacon is a rural location within the Blackdown Hills National Landscape, close to the East Devon town of Honiton. Otter Valley Farmhouse sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms: a king-size room with an adjacent shower room and WC, a double, and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Original beams frame a dining area with a large oak table, and the lounge comes with a wood burner, Smart TV and sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an AGA, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared on-site facilities include a large indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor sauna, a games room with a pool table and board games, a thatched play barn with table tennis and football, a separate covered play area with ride-on tractors, a croquet and putting lawn, boules, giant chess, a trampoline, and on-site animal feeding. Off-road parking for three cars and a shared EV charger are provided. No dogs are accepted at this property.
