Combe Raleigh

Hutchinghayes Farmhouse stands at Combe Raleigh, near the market town of Honiton in Devon. It sleeps up to ten guests across four bedrooms, including two king-size rooms with an extra single bed each, a further king-size room and a double, served by three bathrooms with two en-suites. An oak-panelled entrance hall opens onto a living room with an inglenook wood burner, while a second snug-style library offers a large TV and games. The farmhouse-style kitchen has a cooks bench island, flagstone floors and exposed oak beams, leading to a conservatory and a dining room with an original brick bread oven.

Shared landscaped grounds include a covered BBQ terrace, a courtyard with a fountain, lawns and two lakes with a boat house. As these lakes are not fully fenced, swimming, boating and fishing are not permitted, and the property is unsuitable for young children. Private parking, a garage, a snooker table and table football are provided, a travel cot and highchair are available, and up to two dogs may stay.
