Whitehall Farm Cottage

Whitehall Farm Cottage sits within 150 acres of farmland outside Honiton, with views over the surrounding hills. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, upstairs, sharing a family bathroom with a bath, a separate walk-in shower and a double basin.

Downstairs holds a kitchen/diner, a separate dining room with French doors onto the garden, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. A second shower room off the utility room adds an extra WC. The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a washing machine and tumble dryer sit in the utility room.

Outside, a rear garden area has a picnic table and a lawn, with the farm's animals grazing nearby. Off-road parking is provided, and a cot and highchair are available on request. Fuel and power are included in the rent, and the sitting room has a TV with a DVD player.

The cottage no longer takes dogs, and smoking is not permitted. Arrival is from after 5pm and departure by 9am, and stag or hen parties aren't accepted. The double bedroom above the living room has an uneven floor, and bookings usually start on a Friday, so any other change-over day needs confirming with the owner first. The pub is around 2 miles away and the shop about 3 miles.
