Upottery
Blackdown Hills countryside, converted barns and room to roam
Upottery lies within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the accommodation here reflects that rural character. The Cowbyre Cottage was converted from a traditional Devon cowbarn and sleeps six across three en-suite bedrooms: a super-king-size room with a freestanding bath, a king-size room, and a twin on the ground floor with a walk-in wet room. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space features vaulted ceilings, a wood burner with logs provided, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside, The Cowbyre Cottage has a private garden with comfortable seating, a Weber BBQ and a firepit, plus access to five acres of shared grounds with swings, an in-ground trampoline, open lakes and garden games. Off-road parking for two cars sits directly outside, and an EV charger is available by arrangement. Up to two dogs are welcome, each receiving their own arrival pack. A dog-friendly pub is less than half a mile away on foot.
