Willow Cottage

Willow Cottage stands in open countryside close to the village of Stoke Fleming, about three miles from Dartmouth. It has been refurbished throughout, with a cloakroom and storage area just inside the front door for boots and coats.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area centres on a large island unit and a run of white units, with a dining table and bench seating beside patio doors that bring in the light. A separate snug room has a Smart TV and a collection of games, and the spacious sitting room has two large sofas and a wood burning stove for the cooler months.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. A second king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and a twin room is served by a family bathroom. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer completes the ground floor.

No pets are allowed at Willow Cottage, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and a large garden has space for seating and outdoor dining. The shop is 2.2 miles away and the pub 1.7 miles, with a travel cot and highchair available on request.
