2 The Old School House

2 The Old School House is a townhouse across three floors in the heart of Dartmouth, a short stroll from the public car park. Climbing to the top floor brings you to the kitchen/diner, the hub of the home, and from the upper floors there are views across the rooftops towards the water. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room. A second king-size bedroom is on the first floor. A family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it and a further shower room serve the upper floors, so there's no queuing for guests sharing, and check-in is from 3pm with check-out by 10am.

The second-floor kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Smart TV, and a utility room holds a washing machine. The first-floor sitting room has its own Smart TV, gas central heating runs through the house, and WiFi covers every floor. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The nearest parking is a public car park a short walk away rather than on site. A front terraced patio with furniture gives space to sit outside for a morning coffee or an evening drink, the shop and pub are 0.1 miles off with a further pub at 1 mile, and the house is no pets and no smoking.
