1 The Old Coach House stands in a quiet spot with glimpses of Warfleet Creek, about a 15-minute, mostly downhill walk into the centre of Dartmouth, 60 yards from National Trust woodland at the lower end of Weeke Hill. Dartmouth Castle is nearby, and Blackpool Sands beach is around four miles away.

A side entrance opens into a spacious hallway and an open-plan sitting and dining room with leather sofas, a Smart TV, a docking station and a decorative log burner; the dining table seats six. Upstairs, a newly fitted kitchen has a large breakfast bar with four stools and doors onto a furnished decked balcony, a good spot for morning coffee.

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size master with an en-suite bathroom of bath and overhead shower, a twin room with two single beds, and a second king-size double. A family bathroom with a power shower and a separate cloakroom complete the ground floor, and the hallway cupboard houses the washing machine and dryer.

Outside, a paved terrace covers three sides of the house, bordered by trellis with flowers and shrubs and outside furniture. Parking is available for up to two or three cars on the drive. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
