2 Lee Court

2 Lee Court is a first-floor waterfront apartment on Dartmouth's North Embankment, overlooking Dartmouth's stretch of the River Dart towards Kingswear. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and dual-aspect windows in the living/dining room look straight over the water.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and twin basins, plus river views of its own. One twin room has an en-suite bath and shower, and the second twin has Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

A flight of twelve steps leads into the apartment building, and although there is a lift to the first floor, it is currently out of service, so stairs are the only way up for now. Night storage and electric panel heaters provide the warmth, and there is a TV and high-speed WiFi in the living room.

Parking for 2 cars is provided, one in a private garage sized for a small or medium car and one via a permit for an unallocated space in the town centre car park. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
