2 York House

2 York House occupies the second floor of a Tudor-style Grade II listed building in the centre of Dartmouth, reached by a communal staircase of 42 steps. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size room, a further king-size room that converts to twin beds on request, and a twin room.

The living room/diner has dual-aspect windows over the harbour and river, a period fireplace, and a small balcony with seating where children must be supervised. A DAB radio and TV sit alongside the dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven and a breakfast bar for quick meals, with a small fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine also fitted. A bathroom with shower, basin and WC serves the flat, alongside a separate cloakroom with its own basin and WC.

The property does not accept children under 5, and no pets are allowed. A private parking space for one car is provided at The Grid car park, a 3 to 4 minute level walk through town, with some restricted parking also available on the road nearby (unrestricted from October to April).

The shop and pub are both within 0.1 miles, and the town's cobbled streets, harbour and restaurants are on the doorstep. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
