13 Above Town

13 Above Town is a four-storey house in Dartmouth, with a sitting room at the rear that opens onto a balcony looking across the rooftops to the River Dart and, past the castle, the sea. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with a shop and pub about 100 yards from the door.

The open-plan kitchen and diner sits on the lower ground floor, also with its own balcony for meals outside in warmer months, alongside a second sitting room and a private garden with a patio and decked area. One bedroom, a single with a full-sized trundle bed, is on the ground floor, while the first floor has a king-size room and a twin whose beds can be joined into one large bed on request, with at least two weeks' notice.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and an American-style fridge/freezer, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the utility area. Gas central heating covers the house, and each bedroom has its own TV alongside the two Smart TVs downstairs and WiFi.

13 Above Town is strictly no smoking. Dogs are welcome; check the limit when you book. A garage for a small car is available a short distance away, and a parking permit covers an unallocated space in the town centre car park until 24 March 2027, after which it covers the Mayors Avenue car park (3pm to 10am only from 25 May to 1 September) and the Dartmouth Park and Ride. It suits a group wanting Dartmouth's harbour and shops within easy walking distance.
