Stoke Fleming

A coastal Devon village with sea-view stays and South West Coast Path access

Stoke Fleming is a coastal village in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a pub, a restaurant and bar serving locally sourced food, and a general store stocking freshly baked bread. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, and a bus service connects it to the nearby town of Dartmouth and beyond.

Gulls Cry is a two-bedroom property sleeping three, arranged as one double and one single bedroom, with a shower room. The open-plan living and dining area has a two-seater sofa, matching armchair and a compact kitchenette with electric oven, hob, fridge and microwave, while double patio doors bring in good natural light. A furnished front patio looks out to sea, and an allocated parking space and shared coin-operated laundrette are provided on site. The property has five steps at front and back, some unguarded, and does not accept dogs or children under five.
