Westacombe Farmhouse

Westacombe Farmhouse is a detached, Grade-II listed farmhouse near Dunsford in the Teign Valley, within the Dartmoor National Park and close to Drewsteignton. It sleeps 8 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, close to Clifford Bridge's walks and woodlands.

The primary bedroom has a zip-link super-king bed that can split into twins, plus a single with a trundle below and its own WC, reached up a steep staircase not suited to young children or guests with limited mobility. Two further bedrooms sit up a second, also steep, staircase at the other end of the house: one has a zip-link super-king with an en-suite walk-in shower, and the other is a twin that zips together into a super-king, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. An external cloakroom sits on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, an air fryer, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine kept in the laundry cupboard, plus a kettle and toaster. The sitting room and snug have a smart TV, a second TV, a piano and a selection of games, and there's WiFi throughout. Underfloor and oil-fired central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking covers 3 cars, and an enclosed front garden has a patio and furniture for meals outside, along with undercover bike storage. Westacombe Farmhouse takes one well-behaved pet, kept downstairs. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 3.6 miles away and the pub about 2.8 miles.
