West Island

West Island is a two-bedroom cottage just off Fore Street in Kingsbridge, accessed via a narrow, steep alley that isn't suitable for anyone with limited mobility; guests can pull up to the top of the alley to unload. The single-storey cottage sleeps 4 across a king-size bedroom and a triple bunk room with a 4-foot double and a single above, sharing one bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The open-plan living space has bi-fold doors onto the decking, a dining table and a Smart TV with Sky, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, a Smeg fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Note that the property doesn't provide a hairdryer.

Outside, gravelled and lawn gardens have furniture and a decking area, plus a raised balcony with seating. The garden has multiple steps, so children need supervising. West Island welcomes one small, well-behaved dog, and parking is in a public car park.

Smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 0.1 miles away and the pub is 0.2 miles, both a short stroll from the cottage.
