Fixit Cottage

Fixit Cottage sits on a working farm near Kingsbridge, a semi-detached cottage reached up a short flight of steps to the kitchen. It sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower room and one on the first floor with a bath, WC and basin, behind French windows onto a balustrade.

The ground-floor kitchen has a dining table for family meals, and the first-floor sitting room has a wood burning stove and its own French windows onto the balustrade. A microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher cover the practical side, and a TV with DVD and WiFi run through the cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Guests share use of an indoor swimming pool, open from 7am to 8pm, and a games room elsewhere on the farm. Outside, an enclosed lawn garden and a separate enclosed patio hold a barbecue and a verandah. Off-road parking is provided for up to 4 cars, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

Fixit Cottage does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted inside. A pub is under a mile away, and the water supply is private, tested regularly. The cottage can also be booked together with the neighbouring Mixit Cottage, which sleeps a further 2, for a combined party of 6.
