1 Crabshell Quay

1 Crabshell Quay is a ground-floor apartment in a development on the banks of the Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary, a few minutes' walk from Kingsbridge's shops and restaurants. A spacious hallway leads into an open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining area that seats up to six, with French doors opening onto a private terrace over the estuary.

The apartment sleeps 5 across three bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed, estuary views and an en-suite shower room; the second bedroom also has a king-size bed; and the third holds a single bed and chair. A family bathroom with a bath, power shower over, wash-hand basin, WC and heated towel rail serves the two remaining bedrooms.

The kitchen has a built-in oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a vacuum cleaner, and the living area has a TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi, with WiFi throughout. The private terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, a good spot to watch boats pass along the estuary in the evening.

Covered, designated parking is provided for one car. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are all provided, though beach towels are not included. 1 Crabshell Quay does not accept pets, and is strictly no smoking.
