Little Starboard

Little Starboard is a two-bedroom cottage within walking distance of Kingsbridge town centre and the waterfront in Kingsbridge, arranged entirely on one floor once you're inside, though the front door is reached down five steps from the road. The cottage sleeps 4 across a super-king-size double, which can be made into twin beds on request, and a further double, sharing one bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, basin, a heated towel rail and a WC with a separate douche.

An open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and seating areas, with a Smart TV and WiFi for evenings in. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, a large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and a Miele washing machine handles laundry; the separate tumble dryer is currently out of use and pending repair. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed rear patio garden has furniture for meals or morning coffee. One car can park about 50 yards from the cottage, reached via steps; the space is not allocated and is first come, first served. A highchair is available for younger guests, and there's a children's playground around five minutes' walk away.

Little Starboard does not accept pets, and the property is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub in Kingsbridge are around 0.3 miles away, and the town's quay and independent shops and cafes are within easy walking distance too.
