Horsemans Barn

Horsemans Barn is a reverse-level barn conversion in West Alvington, about 0.9 miles from Kingsbridge. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms on the lower ground floor: a double with its own door out to the front of the property, and a twin whose zip/link beds can become a super-king-size on request. A lower-ground-floor bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a shower over.

Upstairs on the ground floor, the open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas around a woodburning stove, with a Smart TV and a selection of books for evenings in. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the dining table seats four. Central heating covers the barn, and WiFi is included along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels in the rent.

Outside there are two gardens: a non-enclosed rear garden with a lawn and a table tennis table, and a separate enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn and furniture for sitting out. Designated off-road parking is provided for 1 car, though the driveway is steep, so care is needed, and some road noise can be heard from the property.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the barn is no smoking throughout. The shop is around 0.8 miles away and the pub about 0.2 miles.
