Warren Cottage

Warren Cottage sits at the end of a small terrace of three at Little Dartmouth Farm, a mile or so above Dartmouth and a short drive from the village of Stoke Fleming. Country fields and farmland surround the cottage, with distant sea views from the first-floor bedrooms, and Dartmouth's boutiques, restaurants and the River Dart are reached in a 30-45 minute walk or a 5-10 minute drive.

The open-plan living area has oak flooring, two three-seater sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove with logs supplied, plus a dining area seating 6. The well-equipped kitchen has a four-ring induction hob, electric oven, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a ground-floor utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer next to a cloakroom WC.

The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: an en-suite master on the second floor with a King-size bed and a walk-in shower room finished in marble, plus a double and a twin on the first floor sharing a family bathroom with a bath. Both first-floor bedrooms look out over the farmhouse grounds and the sea beyond.

Outside, a private lawn runs to the front and side with steps down to a gate onto the coastal path, and a paved terrace at the rear has an oak table, six chairs and a Weber barbecue available on request. Parking is provided for up to two cars on the green lane at the rear. No pets are permitted, the cottage is strictly no smoking, and guests should expect the sights and smells of the working farm nearby.
