Victoria Lodge

Victoria Lodge is a five-bedroom house in Kingsbridge, arranged over three floors with views over the recreation park, tennis courts and the Kingsbridge estuary. The house sleeps 10. On the first floor, which is split across two levels, a king-size bedroom with a Juliette balcony has its own en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a separate shower, while a further king-size room and a twin bed, which can be made into a super-king on request, share a second bathroom with a corner bath and handheld shower. Two more double bedrooms sit on the second floor.

The ground floor holds a kitchen/diner with a range gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus a sitting room, a separate snug and a utility room next to a shower room with a basin and WC. The sitting room's open fire is not currently in use. Gas central heating covers the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, there's a table, chairs and a BBQ for outdoor meals, and off-road parking for 2 cars, with a pay-as-you-go EV charger available at the property. Dogs are welcome at Victoria Lodge (confirm how many when booking).

The property is strictly no smoking, and stag or hen parties are not permitted. The shop and pub are each around 0.1 miles away, in the heart of Kingsbridge.
