Maceley is a three-storey, reverse-level house in Kingsbridge, with the living space on the first floor and bedrooms split across the ground and second floors. The house looks out over the Kingsbridge Estuary and the surrounding hills of the South Hams, and sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

A king-size bedroom sits on the ground floor with its own shower room, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC and washing machine. The second floor holds a further king-size bedroom, with a balcony and its own seating area, plus a twin room, sharing a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The first-floor living space is open-plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus two Smart TVs and WiFi throughout.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, lawn, raised decking area, furniture and a barbecue, with steps up to the decking from the lawn, and there's a separate, non-enclosed front garden. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, and a highchair is available on request. The shop is 0.4 miles away, with the pub and river both 0.3 miles.

Maceley welcomes two well-behaved pets, and smoking is not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10:30am.
