Estuary View

Estuary View occupies the second floor of a former Victorian stone customs store, converted into apartments a 10-minute walk from Kingsbridge town centre. An entrance hall with its own dining area leads into an open-plan kitchen and sitting room that looks out over the estuary and countryside beyond, with a door onto a sunny balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

The apartment sleeps up to 6, best suited to a maximum of 4 adults, with the bunk-bedded third room kept for children only. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail; the second bedroom is a double; and a family bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower and heated towel rail completes the three bedrooms.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, four-ring electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, and the sitting room has a Smart TV with streaming apps, a DVD and Blu-ray player and a music system. Gas underfloor heating covers the apartment, and WiFi is available throughout.

Parking is in a secure underground space for one car, with a 2-metre height restriction to note. Estuary View permits one small, well-behaved dog, and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
