Upper Fernlea

Upper Fernlea occupies the top two floors of a period townhouse, a short walk from Salcombe's town centre, with glimpses of the waterfront from its windows. A private parking space for one small or medium car sits beside a short flight of steps down to the front door and the open-plan living area.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, and a dining table seats four beside a lounge with two two-seater sofas, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and a small en-suite WC and basin, and a second bedroom built into the eaves with two 2'6" single beds, suitable only for children over the age of five.

A family bathroom has a bath, a separate walk-in shower enclosure, a WC, a basin and a heated towel rail, alongside the WC and basin off the master bedroom. A travel cot and highchair are provided, and gas-fired central heating runs throughout. The kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, and the lounge TV comes with a DVD player. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, kept to the tiled living areas of the apartment. Upper Fernlea is strictly no smoking.
