1 Camperdown Lodge

1 Camperdown Lodge is a single-storey apartment in Salcombe, reached down shared steps to a private entrance, with all the living space and both bedrooms on one level. It sleeps 4 across a king-size room with an en-suite shower and a twin room, best suited to children given its size.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a slimline dishwasher, plus a kettle, toaster and hairdryer. A TV with Amazon Fire Stick and WiFi cover evenings in the adjoining sitting room, and a separate bathroom has a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC. A travel cot is available on request for younger guests.

Outside, the front has a non-enclosed lawn while the rear has an enclosed patio with a barbecue and furniture, a sheltered spot for meals outdoors. A designated off-road parking space for one car sits at the side of the property, though EV charging is not permitted here.

1 Camperdown Lodge takes two well-behaved pets, and access to the property is shared with the neighbouring home via the entrance steps. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on site, and the shop is around 0.2 miles away, with the pub about 0.6 miles and the beach roughly a mile off. Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay.
