14 St Elmo Court is a ground-floor apartment on the edge of Salcombe, sleeping 4 across a twin room and a king-size room with its own en-suite bathroom. A second shower room serves the rest of the apartment, and both bathrooms have a heated towel rail. The apartment is reached by several steps with a handrail, followed by a communal entrance, so it suits guests comfortable on stairs.

The sitting room has a gas fire, a Smart TV, a speaker and WiFi, and opens onto a front balcony fitted with furniture. The kitchen has a double electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, with a separate dining room for meals in. An enclosed rear patio with furniture gives a second spot to sit outside.

Guests can use the development's communal swimming pool between May and the end of September, and there are two 22kW EV chargers in the lower car park, accessed by downloading the Tap Electric app. One off-road parking space is provided for the apartment.

The shop is around 0.9 miles away, with the pub and the beach both about 0.3 miles from the door. Central heating covers the apartment, and fuel and power are included in the rent. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking, which keeps it a quiet base close to Salcombe's shops and the water.
