15 Combehaven

15 Combehaven is a second-floor apartment a short walk from Salcombe's waterfront, shops and restaurants, reached by a lift. The open-plan apartment has been renovated with a New England shaker-style granite kitchen and a coal-effect gas fire, and it sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The lounge has two double sofas, a coffee table, TV, DVD player and hi-fi, and double French doors open onto a furnished balcony with views over the town towards Batson Creek. The dining table seats six for meals in.

The kitchen has a Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine alongside the AEG gas hob and oven. The first bedroom has a super king-size bed, which can be made up as two single beds on request, with an en suite featuring under-floor heating, a Bette steel bath and a shower over. The second bedroom is a twin room, and there is an additional shower room with a WC, basin and its own under-floor heating.

Two covered parking spaces are reserved for the apartment, though no trailers or boats are permitted in the parking area, and barbecues are not allowed on the premises. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath towels are provided, though guests need to bring their own beach towels. No pets are allowed and it is strictly no smoking.
