1 Hazeldene is a first-floor apartment reached by a flight of stone steps from the allocated parking space, set in an elevated, quiet position above North Sands beach in Salcombe, about 400 yards from the sand and roughly a mile from the town centre. The open-plan living area has a divided kitchen and a bay window in the dining space with wide estuary views.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobes and French doors onto a small private balcony, with an en-suite bathroom of bath, overhead shower, basin and w.c. The second bedroom is a twin with a wardrobe and its own hand basin, and a separate family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Gas central heating covers the apartment, and the kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. A communal laundry room by the parking area has a washing machine and tumble dryer on a slot meter, and guests have full use of the communal gardens, with a path down to North Sands beach.

The Winking Prawn beach cafe and tennis courts are a few minutes' walk away. One car has an allocated parking space, no pets are allowed, and the property is strictly no smoking, with a phone line for local and incoming calls only.
