14a Courtenay Street is a 19th-century terraced cottage in the heart of Salcombe, with immediate access to the quayside, shops and restaurants. The ground-floor living room has a feature stone fireplace, and French doors open onto a modern terrace with a glass balustrade, looking out over the main anchorage towards Snapes Point and South Pool Creek.

The terrace has outdoor furniture and a barbecue, a spot for eating outside while taking in the view. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped, with a gas hob, electric cooker, extractor, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and a dining table seating four.

Both bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom is a double with an en suite, and the second bedroom has twin beds with its own en-suite shower room, better suited to children. A washer/dryer sits in a laundry cupboard off the bathroom, and heating and hot water run on gas.

A parking pass covers a nearby car park; guests can unload in Courtenay Street but cannot park there, as it is residents' parking only. WiFi covers the cottage, and all bedding, linen and towels are supplied. No pets are allowed and it is strictly no smoking.
