The Station

The Station sits at Bolberry Down, a short walk from the South West Coast Path, close to but not within Malborough. This reverse-level house puts all four bedrooms on the ground floor, with the kitchen, dining and living space upstairs, and it sleeps nine people across the property.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and shower, and has doors out to the garden and terrace. Two more bedrooms are doubles, one with its own en-suite shower room, and the fourth has three single beds. A family bathroom serves the two rooms without en-suites. A utility room sits next to the master bedroom, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge/freezer.

Upstairs, a lounge area has two large sofas and a TV, with doors onto a balcony, and a separate snug has a PlayStation and further seating for children or downtime. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, double oven and dishwasher, and a large dining table seats the whole group together. A garden and small terrace at the rear have table and chairs.

Parking is provided for several cars in front of the property, though EV charging is not permitted here. No pets are allowed, mobile reception is limited in the area, and smoking is not permitted inside.
