Spring Barn - Bolberry

This barn conversion near Malborough offers reverse-living accommodation for up to ten guests across five bedrooms, with underfloor heating throughout. Two king-size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms are arranged on the ground floor, while a fifth bedroom on the first floor has a double futon with a full panel mattress and its own adjoining WC. Three bathrooms serve the property in total: two en-suites attached to the king-size rooms and a family bathroom shared by the twin rooms.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area seats all ten guests around one table, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a wood burner with a first basket of logs provided, a 50 inch Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii console and Sonos speakers, with windows looking out over surrounding countryside and woodland.

Outside, a tiered garden combines an extensive lawn with a furnished patio area and a BBQ, suited to al fresco meals during a stay. Some steps lead between different parts of the garden, and the lower patio is reached from the doorstep via one step and a flat pathway. Private off-road parking is available for four cars, along with electric vehicle charging on site, though it is worth noting there are 12 wide steps from the parking area up to the property itself.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided for younger guests. Internet access is available at the property. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, and the barn sits within reach of the shop, beach and pubs of the wider area for day-to-day essentials during a stay.
