Ellenor stands in the village of Malborough, a stone cottage with original features including a stone floor, exposed brickwork and sash windows kept throughout its two floors. The cottage sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a sitting room, a separate snug and a kitchen/diner.

Downstairs holds the kitchen/diner, sitting room, snug and a ground-floor shower room. Stairs that are steep, though fitted with a handrail, lead to four bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room, a second double, a family room with a double and a single bed, and a single box room. Sloping ceilings and a few internal steps upstairs reflect the cottage's age, and a family bathroom with a claw-foot bath and separate shower completes the layout.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine, and gas central heating runs throughout with fuel and power included in the rent. A Smart TV, a second TV with DVD player and WiFi cover evenings in, and a highchair is available. Outside, a bench sits in a small area at the front of the house, which is shared with neighbours and not enclosed.

Ellenor welcomes one well-behaved dog. There is no parking at the cottage itself; free parking can be found nearby outside the post office or at the village hall. The shop and two pubs in Malborough are all within 0.1 miles, and smoking is not permitted inside.
