4 Alma Terrace

4 Alma Terrace is a terraced holiday home in the heart of Malborough, a short stroll from two village pubs. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over three floors.

The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove, plus a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A few steps lead up to the front door.

The first floor has a king-size bedroom with its own TV, a twin room, a family room with two bunk beds, and a family bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. A second king-size bedroom with a TV occupies the second floor on its own.

The kitchen is fitted with a double electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV with a soundbar plus two further TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, lawn, furniture and a gas barbecue for outdoor meals. Free public parking is available a short walk away, and the house is no smoking throughout. One dog is welcome, and the shop and pub are both about 0.1 miles away.
